STK is launched on Pons v2, paired with ETH. The token contract is Pons’s. Stockline stores the address. Buy-and-burn swaps treasury USDG to ETH to STK through the Pons pool. Fixed one billion supply, all of it on a bonding curve, no creator allocation, graduation into a permanently locked Uniswap v4 pool at 4.2 ETH. CreatorFeeRouter is set as the fee recipient in the launch transaction. It receives 70% of the 1% trade fee in ETH. A permissionless sweep() converts to USDG with a TWAP slippage check and donates it to USDGPool.
This section will be completed when Pons publishes the live pool address, TWAP window, and verified router for the ETH/STK pair. PARAMETERS.json still has those fields as null.
Do not treat the bonding curve as a Stockline market. Stockline does not make a market in STK. It only burns STK from treasury USDG and receives creator-fee yield for suppliers. Related: STK, Reserve and fees. Pons is the launch venue, not a Stockline module. CreatorFeeRouter and BuyAndBurn both speak to that venue through registry routes and TWAP bounds. If the Pons pool moves, governance updates the route behind the timelock. Graduation at 4.2 ETH into a locked Uniswap v4 pool is a Pons parameter recorded in PARAMETERS.json. Stockline does not control it after the launch transaction. Until pool addresses are non-null in PARAMETERS.json, treat any STK price you see as an external venue, not a protocol oracle.
