# Testnet

> Free test money to try everything.

Free test dollars and test stocks so you can try everything. None of it is real.

This is a test network. Get free test money instead of a real deposit.

`/faucet` is the first page a new user can use. It gives free test dollars and test stocks. A TESTNET chip sits next to the market clock and opens it. Home, when the portfolio is empty, offers Get test money. Deposit points to the faucet instead of a real deposit.

The page is a gift: one heading, two claim cards, real stock logos. Addresses and contract names live in Under the hood, below the fold.

One claim every 24 hours. Switch to Robinhood Chain testnet. Chain ID 46630. ETH for gas is on the Robinhood chain faucet.

Paused or empty states exist. Test dollars are paused right now. No test dollars left right now. Sign in to get test money.

Under the hood shows the faucet contract, copy, explorer, dollar and stock addresses, and the claim functions. You do not need that block to try the product.

None of it is real. Do not treat test balances as a promise of mainnet inventory or of a rate.
