# STK

> What it does, how it launched, the burn.

STK is the Stockline asset launched on Pons, paired with ETH.

It does not vote on your loan, and it is not a claim on your stocks.

Treasury dollars can buy STK and send it to the dead address. That is buy-and-burn. Size and slippage are capped on [Parameters](/resources/parameters).

Later, STK can sit in front of Earning as a backstop. That module is not live. ARCHITECTURE.md lists Backstop as later. The repo does not deploy it.

Creator fees from STK trading are swept to dollars and donated to the pool. That is the pre-mainnet yield. Lending has not opened yet. Your dollars earn yield from STK trading fees until it does.

Fixed one billion supply. All of it on a bonding curve. No creator allocation. Graduation into a locked Uniswap v4 pool at 4.2 ETH. Pairing asset is ETH. The contract is Pons's. Stockline stores the address.

The launch transaction sets the fee router and executes one developer buy from a disclosed wallet, split between emissions and the treasury. Nothing about the launch can change afterward. Burn is a transfer to the dead address.

It does not change how much you can borrow, the line, or market hours. It does not give you Robinhood stock rights. See [Stock tokens](/ecosystem/stock-tokens).
